The majority of the pop genre music videos are performance and narrative-based. These are occasionally music covers or remakes as well. In this genre, the artists' and bands' depiction is quite straightforward. It appears that the artist is conveying his own story. They occasionally dress more professionally, but for the most part, they wear casual attire, such as T-shirts and jeans. They are portrayed as being like regular people in real life; there is no emphasis on selling body images, nor is there any emphasis on aggression, ruggedness, or tattoos; rather, they are portrayed as being like regular people; as a result, the audience can relate to and find inspiration in the representation of the artists.
